How can I measure MMP-1 protein activity or protein level from liver tissue?

Instead of checking only the mRNA level, I want to check the active protein level of MMP-1 in Liver tissue from mice. How can I do that?

Dear hakeem,

For classifying the data, you can define it as biner cluster: 0 first label, 1 for second label, or [1 0] for first label, [0 1] for second label. You can set the threshold to 0.5 or set the highest output value into 1, and 0 for others.
