You can use (cohesive zone material CZM) bilinear with traction and separation distance or with fracture energy. in ansys APDL you can insert a command for the CZM material and in workbench you can create a CZM material in the engineering data and input the parameters. you can model it as a simple surface and then obtain the parameter based on your surface conditions either from an experimental program if you conduct one, or from references and articles available in literature.
