You have to calculate the average power for each employed constellation map of the applied adaptive modulations.

Ok, thanks, so, is it important to do this for all transmitted frequency subcarriers or just for fluctuated ones? Why?

Such processing must be performed for all working frequency subcarriers since fluctuated subcarriers are varied every time you run transmission experiment
