How can I translate or map Likert scale responses into a utility pay off in game theory?

I have 399 respondents who answer to 50 questions designed by Likert scale measure for 4 variables, each variable is a marketing strategy for two brands. I want to translate the responses into a single number as utility pay off of each variable.
