I have three dose-response curves (concentration vs TEER (% on blank)), coming from three different passage ranges of the same cell line. I have fitted the three curves using OriginPro and each curve has its own fit. I want to see if there are statistical differences between the dose-dependent response in the three different passages of the cell line. I could perform a t-test between the points of the curve, but I would lose the informations coming from the fit (apart from the EC50). Should I use a two-way ANOVA test?

Thank you in advance
