I share the questions of Mirosław Grzesik that a lot of work is involved and the result is less good for you and the journal. I personally find that writing original articles (and failing that, just case reports) might be easier.
You should set correctly the aim of the review and organize your idea
Surfing alot of paper related to your chosen topics so you have many resources
You should follow a template so you know the different parts of the paoer
Finally you should cooperate with other people who are incorporated in your field
