immuno-electron microscopy needs special stains or the procedure is the same as for immuno-fluorescence?

Thank you for your attention to my question in the Q&A section. Actually, i am a postgraduate student and working on retrograde transport mechanism of rabies virus within neurons. For this, i have bought few markers for early and late endosome vesicles and stained them in imunoflourescence to see colocalization. At second step, I need to see the traficking and transport mechanics of rabies virus and assosiated markers within stained neuronal cells using confocal microscopy. I read many papers where reseachers got a lot of data using these transport studies through live imaging and videos. can you help me out with your suggestions and recommendations to extend my work. i would greatly appreciate your help. thanks
