I used DMSO to solve SB according to its data sheet.But it does not dissolve and settles as a yellow powder. And even despite heating at 40-56 C, it did not dissolve.Thanks if anyone has any suggestions and experience in this area.
Are you using anhydrous DMSO? This solvent absorbs moisture from the air, and the compound may be less soluble when water is present.

You may try different solvents until you get the better one with the advantage for DMSO with a little bit sonication.
Preparation of in vitro stock solution: DMSO: ≥ 40 mg/mL (120.72 mM). If precipitation occurs during the preparation process, it can be heated and/or ultrasonically assisted.
e.g. 10 mM stock solution, dissolve 5 mg in 1.51 ml DMSO
Once the solution is prepared, it needs to be packaged and stored.
