I am trying to mesh mixing tank with rotor in ansys workbench.

If possible please send the current picture of the mesh after motion and the various parameters which you have used.

You may need to go to Mesh interface in FLUENT and create the interface yourself, this might solve your problem...in case if it did not work go to MESH and suppress the contacts under connections.

Dear Sir,
I recommend using the hybrid mesh instead of auto meshing because hybrid mesh approach will give more control on the creating nodes in the critical regions where different surface parts are joining. Besides, you should also take care of exact tolerance gap between the mating surfaces.
If possible please send the current picture of the mesh after motion and the various parameters which you have used.
