How can i simulate/calculate the mechanical properties such as hardness, tensile, compression, impact, young modulus and many more of new developed composite using ANSYS software?
in Ansys, there is module called AnsysCompositeProcessor (ACP).
You can simulate composites based on micromechanics using material preprocessors. There are multi-scale modeling approaches; at material constituent level, ply level or part level depending upon your requirement of fidelity, test data availability, output requirements & problem recurrence.
FEA uses tricks-
1) Descretize in no. of elements
2) Solution using [k] . [q] = [Q]
3) Assembly of descrete elements
So, whichever software e.g. ANSYS with "Layered Element" is run solution/answer is matching to theoretical one.

Please brief the material- is it metal fiber composite (specially Nano powder route)then take- Forged Al properties- Tensile, Compressive (yield)etc.
