How can I set up Nocturia behavioral experiment using Ethovision using mouse model?

Hi,

I am using Noldus Ethovision XT to set up a nocturia experiment. I have some challenges. The set-up is to record a mouse complex housing system (home-cage and latrine-cage) and detect the frequency of movement to and from the either the home-cage or latrine cage in a 48-hour recording. My main issues lies in how to get the right detection settings to obtain an accurate automatic recording that will correspond to my manual scoring. I have a 1.30hr trimmed videos and the software pipeline I am using right now. I will be happy to share to any one willing to help. Thank you.
