In finite elements, I have an element (please see the attached picture) with different stress distributions on its different edge. Please, how can I resolve the stress distributions on the edge of the finite element to equivalent forces acting on the nodes?

From shape function of element. Remember the equivalent load on nodes are calculated as:
Vol.Integral(Transpose(N)*F dV) + Surf.Integral(Transpose(N)*P dS)
where N is shape function, F is body force and P is surface traction vectors
