Software : AbaqusCAE.
For Sheet-tool contact surface, there seems to be some error in interaction property definition. The process I am trying to simulate is single point incremental forming.
The software suggests to adjust the mesh.
I am given to understand that solution to this error is exclusive to the process being simulated.
Error generated is "For contact pairs that are not tied, unresolved initial
over-closures will result in initial accelerations on the order of
the penetration distance divided by the time increment squared,
which can lead to significant mesh distortion."
Hi! you can try with contact initialisation (there's a specific menu' for that) or in the interaction menu' try to select "adjust only to remove overclosure" and see how it goes!
Furthermore the mesh of your slave surface should be a lot finer than that of your master surface. This is important to avoid penetration

Try to displace your differents parts before the calcul to be sure than no contact can be dected at the intial step. Then a first step can be dedicated to adjust your position of all your parts in contact and next you can run your problem where the contact is well defined.
Mr Antonio, Mesh is finer for slave surface. i will try to use contact initialisation. thank you.
Mr. Yoann, i did not get what you have suggested sir. the position of tool with respect to sheet is defined already (assembly).
In the initial step i defined boundary conditions, next step depth of cut and feed rate in the step after that.

I think Yoann meant that you should add a first step after defining the BCs dedicated to the tool-sheet rapprochement. Substantially, this is useful to guide the start of your simulation towards a smoother convergence. Afterwards you can run a second step defining depth and rate. This is actually an effective and quite common strategy to overcome the difficulties at the beginning of a contact simulation.
