Not sure about the size of your reaction and the target molecular weight you want to keep. For water soluble polymers and monomers dialysis tubes work quote well. Just make sure that you have the right cut off point.
Acrylic acid has hydrophilic character, is miscible with water, and has a relatively high boiling point (141 °C) along with a relatively low vapour pressure at room temperature (3 mmHg). Eventually, depending on the accompanying compounds (not mentioned) from which separation is wanted being more volatile, we might think at distillation to recover the volatile compounds in the distillate, and the acrylic acid in the column bottoms. Otherwise, we could perhaps think at liquid-liquid extraction, or at some other suitable alternative separation method, what would certainly depend on further specification of the considered system.
