A colleague in my lab infiltrated electrospun nanofibers with pluronic f127 in order to removal residual stress in her fibers. To remove the pluronic she washed the scaffolds multiple times in cold water (4 C) at which point the pluronic becomes a solution.
Perhaps you could try washing your nanofibers with cold water? Exactly how cold the water needs to be will depend on your concentration of pluronic f127 (in this publication she used 55-60%), and you can find the required temperature from sol-gel curves published online.
Hopefully this can be of some help! Best of luck.

carbonization? You mean sinthering? No need to go so far. Plenty of cold water, regularly changed and agitation for a weekend or so are more then enough.
