How can I remove non-specific bands in amplifying region of CGG rich?

Hello friends,

I'm working on amplifying of CGG rich region in Fmr1.but I have 2 non specific bands. These bands don't remove with qiagen kit, DMSO, betain, reducing of extension time and annealing time,increasing of annealing temperature, reducing of mg concentration.

What's your idea?

Hi,

Have you tried playing around with primer concentrations? I remember trying last time (but not frequently since it only happened a lot in negative samples). Perhaps it is something you may try
