your organic compound is insoluble in water but sodium chloride is soluble in water. so u can two or three times washed with excess of hot water easily sodium chloride is removed than your compound separate out and washed with pet ether then dried over in a vacuum
I think you can solubilize your compound in ethyl acetate (or any suitable water immiscible organic solvent) and simply fractionate with water using a separatory funnel. make sure to repeat the process 2 or 3 times for the water fraction to recover all of your compound. After, you can simply evaporate the organic solvents using vacuum.

Your organic compound is soluble in DMSO but Nacl soluble in water you can disolved oc in water so Nacl separated from water .
Filter through a short DRY silica gel flash-type column, NaCl will stay in the silica, DMSO will elute with your compound. If needed, blow dry nitrogen to build some pressure and blow the solvent down the column.
HELLO. have you got the method？ I have some advice. Put same volume of water and EA or DCM to wash first. Most of DMSO will go to EA or DCM part and combined with organic compound. After this， you have removed all NaCl salt which is dissolved in water and then you can easily remove EA or DCM. At last you can purify your compound by distillation from DMSO.
