You may try to lyophilize and dissolve the residue with polar organic solvents that might extract the other organic compounds and leave NaCl as a precipitate. Another possibility is vacuum evaporation and extraction by polar organic solvents. If these two methods turn to be unsuccessful to try to use a resin such as XAD-2 and make eluation with alcoholic solvent or other polar organic solvents.
