I am getting the output ripple in my voltage at the output of Dc-Dc converter in MATLAB/SIMULINK. I want to get 24 V Dc but I am getting ripple varying between 22 V and 26 V. What should I do to reduce it and attain almost DC voltage at 24 V. Note that I have already used a L-C filter before the load. So please suggest what else I can do?
You can 1) increase the capacitor value or 2)increase the switching frequency (take care that at this condition, you may need to modify the inductance value).
Further to Sahand Ghaseminejad Liasi's suggestions, for switching converters I have seen that TI datasheets suggest to add a 'feedforward capacitor' to the V_sense resitor network to pass any AC voltage to the V_sense pin, allowing the control loop to respond more quickly to changes in the output voltage. I'm pretty sure they provide an equation to help calculate this capacitance value.

Is this only for simulation or are you physically implementing the DC-DC converter also? Further to the previous responses please attach your schematic so we can be more more help to you :)
Is your simulation a custom design? ripples are part of DC-DC converters, you may use a pre-amplifier. Check this paper. http://www.scielo.org.co/pdf/rfiua/n60/n60a21.pdf
