Good afternoon,

I am using AutoDock4 to do docking of a protein with 2 cobalts in the active site. I added the parameters of the cobalt in both the AD4_parameter.dat file and to the AD4.1_bound.dat. I aligned the columns in the txt.file. I added to the first line of the GPF file "parameter_file AD4.1_bound_Co.dat" (name of the new dat file with Cobalt. But every time I put Run AutoGrid it says:

C:/LigandTests/GMP/autogrid4.exe: FATAL ERROR: Sorry, I can't find or open AD4.1_bound_Co.dat

C:/LigandTests/GMP/autogrid4.exe: Unsuccessful Completion.

None of the pastes have spaces or dashs, all the documents are in the same folder and the folder was selected for all the docs to not me only for reading.

I don't know what else to try.
