I have written a chapter book. But because all of my research was published as journal articles I do not know how can I submit something as a chapter book for review process. I appreciate that if somebody answer my question.

You might try marketing it to publishers as a collection of your best work as opposed to a single new book. Is there a statute in your country for how long a journal or university owns the rights to works of yours that they publish? That might deter publishers from picking it up.
It would help if we knew what the book is about. Various publishers tend to specialise in different subjects.
the fact that you have already published peer review papers usually makes publishers less nervous about publication. One of the chapters in an early book of mine had originally appeared as a journal item. Obviously this was acknowledged in the book (and journal editor thanked) but it had to be reworked anyway to be part of a monagraph. My area of research is history
