I'm planning to collect blood in EDTA tubes in a remote area in which I don't have access to immediate staining of cells. I'll be collecting samples for 2 weeks then transporting cells to the lab for cell staining. Is there any reliable method to preserve morphology, surface markers without compromising quality? I will have availability of 4 celsius, -20 celsius, and -80 celsius storage on site.

Although it is generally preferable to prepare cells for flow cytometric analysis immediately after collection of blood, in some instances, like in your case it may be necessary to store blood for brief periods of time prior to staining. You can refer to the article below which provides quite a few protocols. You can select the protocol that suits your purpose in terms of the type of experiment you need to perform and the resources that are available.
