I obtained using an analytical equation the stress distribution around different shape of holes, and I want to plot these distribution as shown in the pictures below. my question is : what is the software that allows me to plot them ?

one possible solution, is using the mechanical software such as ABAQUS which are highly equipped with analytical instruments for stress distribution.
you can design you material which its individual shape within the software environment ant then applied the stress with your optional values. Then, among the outline of the software results, you can find the plot of stress distribution. If you are not familiar with this software, you should call for an expert in this field.

You may try apply so-called "radar chart" (using polar coordinates) in EXEL and other soft to plot the calculated values of stresses.

you could also use MATLAB plotting capabilities where you can write a script and make any adjustments you like to present it the way you want.
