In my model, each element has a different material prop and EX. (plotting output data is pretty straightforward, however input data is the trouble I so much need help with).

As far as I undrestood from your question, you are trying to identify an anisotropic material for your model. Here is the instruction in Workbench.
Insert and "Engineering Data" in workbench. Create a new material and then from "Linear Elastic" drop down choose "Anisotropic Elasticity". If you are trying to model a composite material with different modulus of elasticity at different angles, then you need to identify a material for each of those layers.

Thank you for this response, however a PLOT of every element displaying its individual EX is what I need. (I'm no longer changing any properties of any materials, that has already been done). Thanks anyway! Cheers.

We just figured how to plot the EX by changing each element number to EX. Then when we plot PNUNMAT, we're actually plotting EX.
