How can I plot Hf-Rb-Ta discrimination diagram (Harris, 1986) and AFM diagram (Irvine and Baragar,1971) online? or do you know some links or programs?

I need some plotters for those two diagrams, excel or some free links where i would be able to get my data and build the diagrams automatically.

Please, give me some advice how can I manage this topic.
