Using Genevestigator, we identified a set of genes co-expressing with my gene of interest (transcription factor). Now, I am using PlantPan database to check whether the co-expressed genes' promoter have my gene of interest binding site or not.

Is there any other way (database) to identify the possible targets of my gene of interest in arabidopsis and rice?
