Velakanti Siva Gayathri, ethidium bromide moves to the anode during electrophoresis. The main thing is that there is still ethidium bromide in the field where your fragments are located.

This is completely normal and as it should be. The dye is also charged and moves through the gel in the opposite direction compared to the dna. If you keep running the gel then all of the unincorporated dye will move off the gel and you will still have stained dna bands which have moved even further in the right direction but the background fluorescence will be low so the dna image will look even better. Your gel does look very bright so I think that you are using too much EtBr in the preparation of the gel which does increase the background fluorescence making the dna bands a little bit more difficult to see clearly

I had similar experiences in my work where I tried to optimize EDTA concentrations and lowered the gel staining dye, Check for the DNA staining dyes added volume/concentrations. While preparing the gel increase the gel heating time to melt the mixture properly (Check with the earlier reported protocols).
