I have five mediators in my model which I have hypothesized that two constructs mediate relationship between exogenous variable A and three endogenous variables and three constructs mediate between exogenous variable B and same set of endogenous variables. Can someone explain how to confirm mediation of each mediating variable distinctively using bootstrapping. A thorough guidance required please.
Thanks Sir Rimantas, actually i,m using AMOS version 18, so don't know how to perform bootstrapping in AMOS
In the OUTPUT mode select Indirect, Direct, Total Effects
in the BOOTSTRAP model select Perform Bootsap trap 1000
Select Bias Corrected .95
Select Bootstrap ML
Then Execute

For Bootstrapping, you can use SmartPLS (Variance based technique of Structural equation modeling with Partial Least Square Estimation method). It will give you coefficients and t-values for checking their significance.
