If you truly desire to obtain Reynold's stresses from a computational model I believe you will need to use either a Reynolds Stress Transport model (5eq) or something time-resolved such as LES or DNS. The k-omega turbulence model accounts for the Reynold's stresses within the turbulent viscosity term. Maybe simply plotting turbulent viscosity is all you need.

Implicitly in the k-omega model you are assuming isotropic turbulence. So to compute a generic estimate for the fluctuation: u' = sqrt(2*k/3) where k is your turbulent kinetic energy.

I'll defer to someone with a better understanding of turbulence modelling to give you a more detailed response.

Here is what i figured out..

For the k-omega model (and k-epsilon), the Reynolds stresses are

approximated by an eddy viscosity times the mean rate-of-strain tensor.

The strain rate tensor is obtained by the Boussinesq approximation...

And because two equations are isotropic by definition, all the components of the Reynold's stresses are almost equal in magnitude..

I simulated a turbulent jet and compared the simulation results with the experimental data. 

The values of Reynold's stresses obtained  are significantly lower than the experimental predictions..

Will be happy to be corrected if I am wrong..
