How can i model temporal & spatial dynamics in d2d for offloading using machine learning?

I'm trying to model temporal & spatial dynamics among users of mobile devices so that i can predict their probability of sharing/offloading content using machine learning in in d2d communication for wireless networks. Anyone with an idea how i can approach this?
