The sunlight rays passing through the glass/lens are refracted at different angles for each color band due to the wavelength-dependent refractive index of the lens material. And, I am trying to simulate for this spectral distribution of refracted light rays using the COMSOL multiphysics.

Is that possible to model the spectral part in COMSOL multiphysics (optics module)? If yes, I have the following queries, please suggest me your valuable ideas:

1. How will the lens material refractive index be defined as a function of wavelength?

2. How will the input be given as a function of the light spectrum?

3. How will the spectrum be measured for the refracted light rays?

I will be very thankful to you.
