I am working on the development of SWCNTs-based biosensor for rapid detection of bacteria. I would like to measure the interactions caused by the binding of antibody-antigen upon the biosensor surface using potentiostat. But I need clear concept for the measurement of impedance using potentiostats. I did not find the relevant paper about this.

If you can get the measure voltage and current and their phase relation then you can calculate the impedance. If you can measure at different frequencies then you can tease out the resistive and reactive parts of the impedance. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Electrical_impedance
