IL-1b and IL-18 first exist in Pro- form and then be cleaved to become a mature form. I tried to find antibodies that can measure the cleaved forms of IL-1b and IL-18, but not success.
IL-1b: there are many antibodies can measure pro form, but not sure if the clone 166931 from R&D can measure the cleaved form of IL-1b.
IL-18: basically I can not find any antibody.
Is any one can help me out? Thanks in advance

If your antibody can detec both pro and cleaved one, then you may think about doing immunoprecipitation followed by PAGE or some other analysis.
