Perchlet (Chanda nama) or Commerson's glassy perchlet (Ambassis ambassis) causes many problems such as cause injury to the external organs of culture fishes.

Farmed exotic Silver carp (Hypophthalmichthys molitrix) are mostly susceptible as Perchlet feed on their scale, subsequent infection caused by other opportunistic pathogens thus caused mass mortality and economic loss as well. Moreover, organs of many other cultured species were reported to injured eg. eye, sale, lateral line etc in culture pond.

So, How can I manage or control the Perchlet (Chanda nama) or Commerson's glassy perchlet (Ambassis ambassis) in culture pond? I am waiting for your valuable comments.
