188 peoples have been read my Full length research papers, but till no citation and H- index number i found , please help me for making citation and H- index number, tell me the right way?
Dear @Namrata Shrivastava I do agree with @Frank T. Edelmann and @Isaac Dinaharan. If your paper carries first hand information with wide impact, it may fetch citations within the same year. However, if it has confirmatory results with narrow interest, it may take years to be cited by others
Citation is not linked to reading it linked to the demand of researcher to the information mentioned in your article , although reading of the article may increase an opportunity to cite it.
Dear Namrata Shrivastava "How can i make my citation and H-index number": I'm sorry, but I think that his is the wrong question. You cannot make citations and h-index! Both depend on the quality of your research papers and how interesting other researchers find them. Moreover, citations and h-index take time! You cannot expect that a paper published in 2020 will be cited in the same year!
If those who read your manuscript work in your area of research and add your article in the reference section of their future manuscripts, you will receive citations. Citation is beyond your control except self citing in your own manuscripts in future. One can not manufacture citation for his research profile at will.
Dear Namrata Shrivastava I fully agree with Isaac Dinaharan in that "Citation is beyond your control except self citing in your own manuscripts in future." It just depends on how many researchers find your work interesting.
Dear Namrata Shrivastava Researchers download papers for various other purposes as well. Citation of a paper depends on so many factors including the nature and novelty of the information, and the journal in which it has been published. Sometimes it happens that the number of downloads and reads go on increasing (may be up to 1000), without any citation; suddenly you will find 2-3 citations within a week. If you are working in the same area, and writing another related paper, you may justly cite your own previous paper too.

Dear Namrata Shrivastava as mentioned by Arbind K. Choudhary it can take years until your work is cited by other researchers if it is rather specialized. Some scientifically acceptable paper never get any citations. In my personal list of publications I list only papers in peer-reviewed international journals. Despite this, I recently found out that ca. 7% of my publications have never been cited, not even by ourselves! After all, I would strongly suggest to be patient and don't waste your precious time waiting for citations.
Researchers cite according to their need, then your research must touch global problems as COVID.19, Global warming , antibiotic resistance, AIDS, Cancer, Pollution,..etc.
Dear Mosab Nouraldein Mohammed Hamad "then your research must touch global problems as COVID.19, Global warming , antibiotic resistance, AIDS, Cancer, Pollution,..etc.": This is certainly not true for various other disciplines of science. This would mean that only popular research gets citations form other researchers. However, there are many more specialized areas of research which are perhaps less popular in the media, but get many citations because researchers around the world work in the same areas. Moreover, we should not forget that a large amount of research worldwide is so-called "basic research" which has no immediate use or applications. However, it can turn out 10 or even 20 years later that this work is important for use by other researchers.
