COVID-19 CORONAVIRUS PANDEMIC (https://www.worldometers.info/coronavirus/#countries) displays the total tests conducted countrywise everyday. Is this number based solely on RT-PCR tests or it includes rapid tests also? As the reliability of the two categories of tests is different, shouldn't both the categories be displayed separately showing their total numbers as well as the corresponding number of positive cases? If the total tests include both the categories of tests, isn't it a misleading number since the rapid tests are often found to be contradicted by the subsequest RT-PCR tests?

Moreover, since there may be multiple tests (relating both the categories) conducted on the same person, the total number of tests does not indicate the number of persons affected. Would it not be better to work out and report "Number of persons tested per million population" and "number of persons testing positive per million population"?
