How can i make a stable Icp-oes silver standard solution?

Hi guys.

I bought a new Ag 1000ppm standard solution.

I make icp-oes standard solutions with 5cc HNO3 in 100ml.Calibration curve is completely linear but instrument read the crms with very different values. Please help me to solve issue.
