You can create a three-dimensiona plot. Two dimensions, x and y describe the obital plane, the third the time dimension. However, this can be very clustered. You can also use one graph in a two-dimensional projection, just using anotaton for each data point to provide the time of the data point, as given in the attached example. Hope this is what you mean.
