We add 10 mM HEPES and pH to 7.2. It takes time to dissolve completely. Is your solution cloudy? We also use Nanopure water. We have no problem with 2 M KMeSO4.

we too add HEPES. As you said the solution is bit cloudy. I did sonicate and its better now!
