I have 6 heaters each of power 0.5 kW and mounted below a curved mild steel sheet of thickness 4 mm. The heaters and the below section is covered and insulated. I want the top surface to be maintained at a constant temperature. However, after several trials, I could not attain a fixed temperature throughout. I was thinking of changing the metal to aluminum. So, I urge respected researchers, please enlighten me with your valuable suggestions.
Is there any way to use the existing setup and also making a constant temperature.?
Naturally, heat transfer is inevitable and preventing it is impossible, however, you only can reduce that amount by increasing the insulation. Talking about the (Isothermal)case is just a theoretical assumption.

Based on that you can ( based on the current achieved temperature increase or decrease the heaters number or their power).
That can be done after deriving a correlation or at least a relation between the applied heating power and the achieved temperature.

Ahmed Mahmood Abdullah Daabo, sir, I am using a control panel with a PID controller currently. I understand from your suggestion that I have to connect the heaters directly via a variac where I can control the voltage hence the power. Correct me if I am wrong.

Yes,
By taking the data which you gain, you can put all of them in an excel sheet and draw a curve between the input data (Voltage) and the output, which is the (measured surface temperature) or even derive a correlation between them.
Then, from that you can see what is the voltage value which you need to put to maintain the required temperature.
