I'm working on a disease causing fungus which infects only amphibians and I would like know which genes from fungus are responsible for disease... so to do this how can I proceed? any method or protocol to find these genes?
Do you know about the genome of that fungus?
Is there any hypothesis lie about that disease causing gene?
