As Dr. Ketabdar said, you can use LES method. there are other methods you can use, I think you first need to study more about turbulent flow structure and ways of modelling. then if you don't want to code it yourself, you can use flow 3d or fluent or another useful software to simulate it.

I recommend "Computational Methods for fluid dynamics" by Ferziger and Peric.

and Anderson book (Computational fluid dynamic: John Anderson) to get more familiar with NS equations and methods of numerical modelling. and for simulating you'd better use Ansys-fluent.
