Hello I need help with the interpretation / identification of the peaks by XRD. I have some peaks here at certain angles, but I don't know how to find out which phase (martensite, austenite, carbide, ...) is involved.

First of all, it is better to tell us the anode type of XRD test. I attached a photo that shows austenite and ferrite peaks when the anode is copper ( It is better to mention that Ferrite, Martensite, and bainite almost have the same peaks).
However your XRD pattern is different from the photo, so it is better to use software to analyze it.
I suggest X'pert highscore plus. If you do not have software, you can send me XRD files. I will analyze it for you.

As I know, no spinel ferrite (fd3m) is present in the sample because no clear spinel pattern (finger print) is shown.

You need a reference pattern database. If you dont have the ICSD, you can use the COD, which is free of charge
