Option 1: Why don't you try ANSYS Workbench? 

Option 2: You can model a bar and then copy it with c-c distance.

Hi Aiman: In fact I already modelled the same girder with ANSYS WB (Explicit Dynamic) and got the result. I think for reinforced concrete beam structures, WB is ideal than any other ANSYS solver. However, I noticed that I am getting less stress values and deflections as compared to manual calculations. There are significant difference between the values. Can you suggest why I am getting theses discrepancies? Do you think I should have made anything wrong with the units? I checked this aver and over again but still getting the lower values.

it could be the units or the physics itself. The way how you apply loads, time of loading as well as contact type. Go through these factors. Usually ANSYS doesn't give any nonsense results unless we might have overlooked some critical aspect.

Why did you create cylinders?

The rebars can be modeled by using the beam (truss) element. 

The contact between the rebar and concrete can be modeled using two ways as follows:

- shared nodes: with this way, the nodes of the rebar and solid (concerete) element should be identical, or,

- using: lagrange_in_solide method
