As per my info, Google Scholar is automated, and you cannot index a journal. The journal needs a certain level of professional standing in its field to get indexed.

unfortunately it is not so easy to be indexed by Google Scholar.

I have good quality papers with a very rigorous and thorough review process, but i wish to index my journals in Google scholar
