I have seen many papers where the authors have deduced the molecular weight of protein/ compound directly from the LCMS spectra peaks. I also have an LCMS spectra but I am new to this technique and was unable to interpret the spectra. So I would be glad if anyone could help me in understanding this spectra.

We need to know much about your sample composition. What have you injected (sample composition, LC conditions, pure molecule, or matrix included)?
Is that a peptide, protein, a synthetic or natural polymer, a small molecule in a matrix environment, or what kind of sample are you analyzing, etc. ?
The spectra is showing 761.7172 monoisotopic base peak with its isotopes (+1 m/z) and another mass with high abundance at 1195.0428 m/z again with isotopes. We also need to analyze the spectrum based on charge envelope distribution, and as deconvoluted spectra.
You may also share the TIC view of your analysis.
But without the information of the expected molecule or sample and LC conditions, it is hard to interpret the spectrum.
Additionally, since I guess it is a High-resolution MS system of Waters brand, Informatic software of Waters also can guess the molecule structure or composition and its MW at untargeted/discovery approaches...
