I need to increase the retention a flavor, without using the any encapsulation technology, spray dryer or chilling . The syloid helps a little in the retention. I' am wonder, if anyone knows a better substance that could help?

I need to disperse a liquid organic compound, main compenent is triacetin, on a powder, and retain the volatile compounds, without using a encapsulation technology as spray drying, spray chilling, etc.
Have already tests performed by dispersing 10% of this compound on maltodextrin.
