How can I improve taxanomic resolution of Eucalyptus spp using trnL and ITS barcode?

I am trying to identify Eucalyptus sp using DNA barcoding. I am using chloroplast intron and plant ITS as DNA barcode. The amplicons are 500bps approx. When I perform BLASTn search on NCBI using "type material", I am not getting good resolution. The query results shows same coverage and percent identity. Any advice, suggestions or feedbacks will be appreciated.
