Greetings dear researchers,

Recently I tried to fabricate microcapsules using a non-polar liquid. After several trials, I managed to form the microcapsules quite a lot in one batch of a solution. I confirm this formation through an optical microscope before and after the vacuum filtration. However, today, when I took the same sample to be analyze under Scanning Electron Microscope (SEM), the results I got are like in the pictures. Not one microcapsules were found even when I found it a lot before under the optical microscope. One of my colleague told me that the problem might be because the SEM I used needs to be pump before the analysis, and this high pressure might have destroyed them. Is this reason feasible?

Also, do you have a way to enhance the amount of microcapsules produced? Because even after 3 hours of stirring, the amount of microcapsules in contrast to other byproducts or whatever are still significantly different.
