Your powder contains particles of different sizes. One speaks here of a wide particle size distribution. This is bad for flowability, since the finest particles tend to form lumps. In order to improve the flowability of the powder you have to remove the finest particles from the powder. There are basically two ways of doing this: wet sieving (vibration sieving machine) with a 20-30 micrometer sieve or compressed air screening using a cyclone screener.
Totally agree with Vadim about sieving, remove the fines first. Then, consider that AlSiMg easily oxidate on the surface as a consequence they exhibit hygroscopic behavior and finally generated agglomerates. So, try to reduce the active surface (size and shape) and reduce the oxidation and moisture absorption. Perfet to try to powder in vacuum to have a clean starting point, then always try to use nitrogen or argon for handling, storing and feeding operations. BR, Simone

By review of the additive-manufacturing processing with an added advantage of using choice of Binders, that would enhancing the total flow ability for powder of different sizes.
Secondly, by control the ratio of size-distribution, could be an value-add to overall performance of additive-manufacturing parameters.
